Anti-Ligature Artwork Frames
A wall-mounted artwork system developed for mental-health settings, where decorative content is essential to a calming environment but conventional frames present sharp edges, glass and ligature anchors. The frame body is moulded from soft, impact-absorbent foam, the print face is protected by a flexible non-shatter sheet, and the wall fixings are held in place by load-release magnets. In normal use the artwork looks and feels like a high-quality framed print; if a defined load is applied, the magnetic fixings release and the frame falls cleanly to the floor, removing the ligature point and avoiding injury. Artwork is fully replaceable in-house, so wards can refresh imagery seasonally or by clinical area.
