Mobile Cubicle Track System
A re-configurable cubicle track system that lets ward staff redraw the layout of a multi-bed bay in seconds. Sections of track engage with each other through a sliding coupling, so a four-bed bay can be turned into two two-bed bays — or fully opened up for cleaning, an emergency response or a lift transfer — without any tools and without taking the curtains down. The system uses the same self-lubricating roller hooks and standard hospital curtain headings as the fixed range, so existing curtain stock and laundry processes are unchanged. The result is genuine ward flexibility: the same room can serve as cohorted bays during an outbreak, an open-plan recovery area outside it, and a fully cleared space when deep cleaning is required.
