Electronic Queue Management Systems — A large 43–65" wall- or ceiling-mounted display that shows the live state of every service counter in the hall — currently served number, counter number and optional service name. The same display can rotate marketing or branding content between calls, and a dedicated audio chime announces each call bilingually. Used as the main summary screen in banks, ministries and hospital reception halls.
