Rubber Corner Guard
A wrap-around column corner guard extruded from high-impact rubber to absorb the kind of glancing blows that chip concrete and expose reinforcement. The profile covers the full vertical edge of a column from floor level upwards and is supplied either with a galvanised-iron or aluminium backing plate that anchors mechanically to the column, or in an adhesive-backed version for surfaces where drilling is restricted. The rubber compound is formulated to resist UV, oil and salt so it performs equally well in open multi-storey car parks and humid coastal environments. Lengths and wing widths can be specified to suit each column geometry.
